The Most Expensive Hotel Suite Looks Like Something Out of a James Bond Movie

The top floor of the famous Hotel President Wilson in Geneva accommodates what is deemed to be the most expensive suite in the world. Covering the entire top floor of the hotel, this suite encompasses twelve bedrooms! Palatial is the only word that comes close to describing the “Royal Suite” The total living space spreads over a whopping 18,000 square feet, which I am sure makes most people’s entire homes in comparison look like a closet. Accompanying the twelve en-suite bedrooms is a billiard room, a salon and also a gym apart from the usual living room, bathrooms, which by the way offer an amazing view (see below).

The private balcony also gives a lovely view of the city, especially Geneva’s landmark site, Jet d’Eau. If you are one of those people who would rather look at a movie on the television than the sights outside your room then you are in for a treat as well, thanks to the 103-inch B&O television. To add to the sophistication factor, these guys have even placed a Steinway grand piano in the suite. Such a royal suite would not be complete without service worthy of royalty. Hence, there will be a team consisting of a personal assistant, chef, and butler, who will be at the beck and call of the guests 24/7.

Most of the guests who come here are high profile celebrities like Sir Richard Branson, Michael Jackson, and more so the political hotshots like Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, visiting the UN nearby, whose privacy and security is given utmost importance. And so the “Royal Penthouse” has private elevator access, a panic room, bullet-proof windows, and the provision of arriving and departing from the hotel via the helipad. It sounds like something out of a James Bond movie. Now, what is the price tag that makes this suite the most expensive one in the world? It is, hold your breath, $81,000 a night! For the lesser mortals who cant afford this “royal” price tag can opt for the Superior room available for around $400 a night.
