The best thing about being rich celebrity is, one can invest money in awesome residential home and can again sell it off whenever one wishes. Wise ones always grow wings and move instead of being rooted in one place. Just a couple of years ago in 2008, Mark Teixeira who is currently Yankees baseball player, was in news and now he is again back in news because he is selling off this awesome cottage after remodelling and it has been listed for $4.55 million dollars.
It is indeed a very smart move because Mark Teixeira purchased it for $3.99 million in 2005 and hardly any major renovation has been done to the house. The house with an area of around 8,000 feet has four master bedrooms, one of which opens to the patio which houses awesome media room and there is also game room with bar. Moreover, The Vaquero Club for the residents has golf course which has been designed by Tom Fazio and club also includes swim center, fishing ponds and a clubhouse.
Mark Teixeira seems to like to switch over homes and teams (he played for Braves previously) and one has to just wait and see which hot property will he invest in next.
