Luxury Penthouse Sells for $30 Million in Toronto

For the first time in the Canadian history, a penthouse with four corner terraces on the 55th luxury storey of brand Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, Toronto, has been purchased by an international buyer. The apartment is at Bay Street one of Toronto’s most posh shopping areas. The most expensive house’s asking price was $30 million, but still it has set the record of highest price in the history of Canada. This land mark project attracted many international buyers.

The luxury residence on the top floor has panoramic views of green Yorkville city includes the tower and the lake with classic elegance. The 12 foot high, floor to ceiling window gives you unimaginable and unparallel view of city. You would get the four corner balcony, enjoy the cool breeze in your lounger, you could watch skyline. It has a master suite of 2,500-square-foot, theatre, 800bottles accommodating wine cellar and TVs, stone fireplace.

The Non Canadian Owner’s name of the luxurious penthouse has not still disclosed. Eighty five percent of Four Seasons Residences are sold out. The developers are expecting to open the hotel in the next summer2012. And the first twenty floors and expensive condominium suites will be on the top. The occupants will move in next year. Still the building is under construction. Expensive condo of 1000 square foot would start at$ 1.9 million.

New homes enable them to offer the comforts and service. This is first of its kind in North America. The Four Seasons brand in Canada carved a niche in the history of Canada with strong affirmation of the brand. The penthouse is a part of the luxury condominium with total of a 253 rooms of the hotel and 210 private residences including the record breaking property which are in the taller of the two towers. The shorter tower is of 26 storey constructions.
