The luxury watch maker Hublot enjoys a close relationship with sports and has consolidated it over the years. The brand entered into a sports partnership in the US 25 years ago when they became the partner of Miami Heat. The watch maker is celebrating the 25th anniversary with commemorative designs in team colors. Last year in 2012 also the brand had presented another Hublot luxury watch the King Power Miami HEAT Chronograph to highlight the solid relationship they enjoyed with their sports partner.Jean-Claude Biver, Chairman of Hublot wanted to celebrate the 25th anniversary in a big way and commissioned a special limited edition 25th Anniversary Miami HEAT collection.
Only 25 Pieces of His and Her Timepieces Will be Made
It is a limited edition design and the Anniversary collection will have a set of only 25 His and Her timepieces designed and produced in traditional Miami HEAT team colors. By creating this special anniversary design Hublot is providing an opportunity to the fans to connect with the team. The men’s watch in the collection features self winding chronograph movement. It has a ceramic case which is polished and satin finished in black color. The bezel of the watch is also black ceramic which is micro blasted. The strap of the watch is crafted out of rubber and Hornback crocodile and is stitched in red to create a contrasting impact. The ladies watch also has a polished and satin finished black ceramic case and a self winding chronograph movement but the bezel is made from 18 karat gold and set with 42 red spinels and 6 H-shaped titanium screws.
The Limited Edition Watches Available Only in April and May
The limited edition design will be available for a limited time period. If you are interested in owning one you must visit the Hublot boutique at Bal Harbor during April and May. The luxury watch maker has announced that a portion of the sales proceeds from this collection willbenefit the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund. The Anniversary celebration was a grand and exciting affair.Hublot President of Latin America, Rick de la Croix was at the American Airlines Arena. The celebrations started with Rick presenting the official Hublot 25th Anniversary wall-clock to Pat Riley, President of Basketball Operations for the Miami HEAT.
