Hotel Chocolat in Boston is a Cocoa Lovers Haven

Chocoholics know that the pleasure of eating chocolates does not stem from their sweetness, but the bitterness of the cocoa bean. Unfortunately most chocolate companies make sure they add as little cocoa as possible, and use a lot of additives and chemicals to make the chocolates taste like chocolates.

That is because premium grade cocoa is very expensive! Here is what you could do: visit Hotel Chocolat at The Mall at Chestnut Hill, 199 Boylston St. (Rte. 9 west), Chestnut Hill, and 141A Newbury St., Boston. Founded and managed by Angus Thirlwell and Peter Harris, Hotel Chocolat is a conceptual hotel where you can check in and relish cocoa rich chocolates as long as you want to.

The Boston store also has a tasting room, where you can taste a number of chocolates. It costs $50 and is by appointment only. You could also choose to purchase their cocoa rich bitter chocolates which cost anywhere between $5 and $100. This place is a Mecca for chocolate lovers and if you are anywhere near Boston, you just have to visit! So chocolate lovers, what are you waiting for?
