This very Unique Beach House in Florida Listed for $14.5million

Built in 2000 in the gated Sanderling Club on Siesta Key, this beautiful beach home in Florida reminds on-lookers of a Rubik’s Cube. The design and the execution of this place seems to have clicked really well, and the proof of that is the Architectural Award it has received. This 1.53 acre property looks pure and pristine with its gardens, and beach at a stones throw. The living area is approximately 7,652 square feet.

After four years of hard work, the owners and the architect, Guy Peterson are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The living areas have been color coded and built as “cubes”. The house in itself is not the only great thing about this place. Placed near a beachfront, this house comes with deep overhangs that allow sufficient light to come into the house but shade the property at the same time. It is kind of like a private beach resort for your family, all secluded and right infront of the beach with greenery all around.

The house also has a large pool big enough for lap swimming. Then there is a slide for the kids to enjoy and a Jacuzzi to relax. There is a volley ball court for some beach fun and a fire pit that is great for gatherings at night. The other amenities within the house include an automatic garage door, central heating and air conditioning, elevator, wood cabinets, stone counters, a storage room, heated pool, a spa,  a wet bar and a walk in closet for all your clothes and accessories. It was recently put up for sale for $14.5 million.
