The World Series, starting from San Francisco will soon move to Texas, and Ritz Carlton, Dallas to attract the fans, will offer a number of baseball related treats. These treats will be offered around the time when Texas Rangers and San Francisco Giants meet. Today, guests wearing either a Texas Rangers or San Francisco Giants cap when checking in will receive a certificate for one complimentary breakfast.
The hotel also has a group of “baseball concierges” who will answer the guest questions about games, teams, players, TV broadcasts and baseball history. Infact the entire hotel staff has been instructed with important baseball information. I guess the hotel does not want to leave any stone unturned to create the baseball fever. A new set of gestures called “Claw and Antler” have recently become a rage. If a Texas Ranger plays a positive offensive he makes the claw sign, whereas the “antlers” signify a speed-related player feat. The hotel’s Fearing’s Restaurant will offer “Claw and Antler” hot dog combo in its Rattlesnake bar.
They will also offer a special World Series Wind-Down Massage in which a complimentary choice of Texas or California beer is given following a 50-minute treatment. Several other very delectable items will be made during this period. The rates for a room will start from $369 per night.
