Daimler’s ultra-premium brand Maybach is launching a short run of coupes based on the Maybach 57S. It comes with 2 doors and the 5.7 meter length is the same as the original. Thanks to the widened track, the driver gets a better grip on the track, and the roof has been chopped down to reduce the size.
Thus, longer doors can be accommodated. It can accelerate to 62mph in just 5 seconds, which means if you are being chased by someone all you would need to do is jump into your car and speed away. Only 100 of these cars would ever be released and it costs €650,000. The four door Maybachs may be attractive but this one is a limited edition one and would appeal to a lot of niche crowd.
It is becoming quite popular to buy 2 door cars as they are seen as easy to drive around, and they also consume less space. The car comes with 612-horsepower, 6-liter twin-turbo V12 and a great internal specs which makes it one of the hottest four wheelers at the moment. Of course, the Maybach 57S looks pretty awesome too, and that makes it all the more worthwhile to go ahead and buy it.
