One of the foremost names in the field of luxury automobiles, BMW, via its MINI division has now unveiled a striking new Mini model called, ‘Mini Inspired by Goodwood’, to be  launched at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California. This gorgeous new vehicles carries immense style along with a hefty price tag of $67,000, including $700 for delivery and handling.  The ‘Mini Inspired by Goodwood’ is essentially based on Rolls Royce and the first deliveries are expected to begin by the second quarter of the year 2012, while the company has stated that to maintain exclusivity, only 1,000 units of the new model will be manufactured of which 140 will introduced in the U.S markets. The stunningly gorgeous Mini Inspired by Goodwood will feature a Rolls-Royce Diamond Black metallic finish and the consumers can even opt for a Reef Blue metallic color along with 17 inch light alloy wheels.
BMW MINI will begin taking pre-orders for this new vehicle later this month and has made some significant improvements to the interiors of the vehicle. The all Mini Inspired by Goodwood will sport lounge leather seats similar to the ones found in Rolls Royce, as well as Lambswool floor mats, cashmere headliner, a steering wheel wrapped in Walknappa leather  as well as Piano Black controls. The Mini Inspired by Goodwood will be powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will provide an output of 181hp and the car will also come with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. BMW is also going to introduce an new model of the MINI coupe, which will be powered by three optional 1.6-liter engines, giving out 208 hp for the John Cooper model, 181hp for the Cooper S and 121hp for the Cooper variant. The two seat Coupe models will carry a price range between $22,000 to $31,900 depending upon the engine variety chosen.
