Vanessa Marie Robinson is an acclaimed designer and cyclist who loves her cycles more than many things we assume. She has designed a cool Bike Utility Bench which has been targeted at cyclists.
It allows cyclists to store all the cycle paraphernalia in a tidy box, which could also be dragged with a cycle. It could be used as seating too, thanks to its modular nature. It could also be used to store a lot of tools that you might need for your cycle.
It comes with a heart crank walnut inlay which is amazingly suitable for those who love bicycles. Using high quality maple veneer plywood for the body, the Bike Utility Bench uses solid walnut for its feet and hinges. The brass pipe serves as hinge shoulders. Some of the other materials are stainless steel hex bolt, nylon threaded nuts, and industrial felt padding.
The Bike Utility Bench was created as a part of the thesis that Vanessa has had to submit. It looks great, functions well and is a great piece of furniture for those who love bikes and stay in small apartments. This is especially true for those who stay in cities like New York, London and Tokyo.
