We have just discovered the snazzy Triton, which is designed by the talented Daniel Delfour along with his two other designer friends Frank Charriut and Vincent Prat. They are considered some of the leading motorcycle builders of France. Apparently, Triton is the brainchild of Frank Charriaut and Vincent Prat to which Delfour contributed substantially to produce the end product. It is believed that the Triton was inspired by a trip to The 2008 Legend of The Motorcycle event in California, which the designers witnessed.
The threesome awesome designers were also inspired by the culture of comics, which is why they blended their designs with Batman’s motorcycle with a T.Rex fastback and Cat Woman’s curves. Delfour’s experience in making violin came handy when he had to carve out multi-part moulds for the bodywork in plywood from the sketches provided by Vincent and Frank.
What is special about this Triton is the fact that many of its parts are hand-made, which included the oil tank, rear sets, levers, pedals, speedometer and also the billet alloy gas tank cap. The visual finishing touches came for Momo, French master builder. He created the exhaust system and heat guards, besides painting the frame in gloss black and the bodywork in a black flake. Once completed, the super cool bike was then handed over to Benoit Gerry from Studio Ze for the first image captures. A lot of creative hands have been involved in designing this awesome Triton!
