Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi, pioneers of Thailand’s high-end boutique resort scene and renowned for its forward-thinking cuisine are hosting an exclusive dinner event on November 26 to raise funds for helping those who have been displaced by the recent floods. Finest resident Chefs, including Aleenta’s Executive Chef David Heidemann, will each choose one of the elements and base their creations on that element. The fifth course will be created by a visiting celebrity chef from Bangkok. The name has not been announced as yet and will be the surprise element of the evening. The event will be held on the beach to be close to the natural elements. The guests attending the event will have to pay THB 3,500 per person. The exclusive menu will use products, including wines that are produced within 40 kms of the resort.
