Cube by Electrolux Regales Restaurant-crazed Londoners

Currently mobile pop-up restaurants have become one of the hottest trends in prominent cities. The name of the restaurant itself suggests that they are temporarily erected structures. Famous chefs open pop up restaurants to create a niche in culinary world. Even small place that accommodates about 15-20 seats is enough to offer warmth.

The installation of Cube has coincided with the summer Olympics. The Cube by Electrolux is making new waves on the top of London’s Royal Festival Hall. The unique concept in dining has been started from 1st June to 30th September of this year. The semi transparent restaurant offers a view of Thames and Westminster.

Michelin-starred chefs prepare food in front of eighteen guests in the open concept kitchen.  The five-course menu will be served to the guests using fresh and seasonal ingredients of finest quality. Park Associati, an Italian architect has designed with lightweight materials like aluminum walls and glass enclosure for easy transportation, geometric design appears like a steel mesh which covers the entire outer surface, offering the diners views of the surroundings. Electrolux  sponsors the stylish new mobile pop up restaurants, showcasing its appliances and chefs with their specially designed menus from different continents. The pop-up restaurants could be set up on remote cliffs, in the middle of lake or rooftops. The energy saving building can be re-used several times. Cube can be transported by truck, boat, train or helicopter which can be used round the year. Mobile/pop up restaurant is very convenient to set up in school celebrations, street party, town shows and festival.
