It could be what Manhattan has never seen before and the apartment that is being planned to be constructed in the financial district of New York is going to be the most expensive as well. The ambitious apartment would make use of two condominiums in order to create the space with a total of more than 130 linear feet of windows facing Central Park.
The apartment is going to cost $73.5 million and could come with 9,647 sq ft of space. The apartments are located on the 76th and 77th floor of the north tower at 80 Columbus Circle. Both the apartments come with amazing views in all the directions. What makes this apartment really special is that it is being developed by real estate brokers.
One could see Russian, Chinese or European buyers for the apartment and this makes sure that one need to go through all the trouble of finding the most expensive apartment in a place like Moscow or Tokyo, and it would be available bang in the middle of New York City. It is not clear though, if any Americans would be interested in the purchase of the apartment.
