Singer-actor Cheryl Cole looks to be upgrading from her three-bedroom Beverly Hills home. Cole was spotted checking out a Los Angeles home recently with her assistant and a real estate agent in tow. If Cole is seriously thinking about purchasing the Los Angeles mansion, she will have to shell out £3.4 million ($5.5 million) for the property. The beautiful luxury home will certainly be a huge step up from her current one, keeping the high-end address a constant. The Los Angeles mansion houses six bedrooms and four bathrooms and is spread over 6,000 square feet. Fitted with numerous balconies, this luxury real estate provides incredible views of the Beverly Hills. The balconies are a really lovely part of the house, and perfect for entertaining.
If Cole is really thinking of buying this home, it will be a huge change from her current apartment in the Beverly Hills neighborhood. Cole recently bought the apartment in Beverly Hills, just before appearing on the US edition of X Factor. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom flat cost her a cool £2.2 million. The apartment is not small however. It has space for a home cinema, a wine cellar and an outdoor swimming pool, and came with 24-hour security and high-profile neighbors like Candy Spelling, Tori Spelling’s mother. The home is apparently really close to Cole’s ex-boyfriend Derek Hough’s home. However, if the rumors are correct, Cole will probably moving out from the apartment and into the new three-storey mansion.
The £3.4 million mansion features a stucco-style exterior and split levels. A Spanish-style flat roof adds to the overall effect. The fully-furnished home features a lot of 70s-inspired décor and furniture. The orange and cream living is home to several artworks that will probably come along with the house. Meanwhile, the master bedroom has a beautiful fireplace. Plus, there are floor-to-ceiling windows promise great views as well as plenty of natural light. It is reported that Cole loves cooking. So it is just as well that the property houses a large kitchen with a central bar area. There are also multiple dining areas from which she can choose. You have got to love the bathroom as well. This is a large area with a spacious walk-in shower, dual sinks and a separate beauty counter. The new home also has a game room, perfect for when she has people over.
Cole had been living in a £3.4 million mansion with her husband Ashley Cole until the pair divorced last year. There is talk that Ashley is looking to make amends and has purchased another luxury real estate in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Cole is still experimenting with her career. The singer-actor is working on a designer shoe collection, which will hit the stores this December. Cole has admitted to being very excited about this project, for which she is collaborating with Stylistpick.com. Not much is known about Cole’s upcoming shoe line, but Cole has revealed that she has been “dreaming about shoes”. She has also said that the first six to eight pairs will be “everything I’ve ever dreamed of.”
