Now, the world’s most expensive lobster egg roll has been redesigned with Maine lobster tail, Alaskan king crab, summer black truffle and julienned nagaimo (mountain potato), baby carrot and wild baby taro root. Yet, what makes it so attractive and such high priced is the addition of Sveruga caviar and gold leaf that are added to the dish as toppings and served alongside a fresh raspberry and 2009 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc reduction dipping sauce.
