A Mobile Home in Malibu, California is on the Market for a Staggering £1.2 Million

It is a mobile home that doesn’t move. And it sits on one of the most expensive real estate in the world. Though the house doesn’t have a permanent claim on the land it is sitting on as it is technically a mobile home as there is a chassis and axle underneath it somewhere. The mobile home has only one bedroom and has gone on the market for a staggering £1.2 MILLION (The capital lettering is to hit home the point as to how big the price is).

The home looks smaller than it is because it is sandwiched between some huge luxury properties. It is a celebrity neighborhood with names like Cher, Barbara Streisand, Pamela Anderson and Minnie Driver living in the area. Though small, the house is not short on amenities. The hose features a high-tech kitchen, living room and Jacuzzi. But the highlight of the mobile home is the breath taking view it provides.

It is the location of the home that has boosted its price so high. The house has stunning views of Point Dume State Beach in Malibu, California which a lot of luxury properties in the area can’t boast of. It is in fact located in the ultra exclusive Point Dume Club mobile park, and is situated just minutes away from world famous Zuma beach where Baywatch was filmed. Pamela Anderson, who starred in the series, is still reportedly living in a one-bedroom trailer of her own nearby. Michael Gardner, an estate agent who is active in the Malibu area is of the opinion that this must be the most expensive mobile home in the world.
