We are hearing to a world where everything is virtual like some sci fi movie. Neiman Marcus has taken the lead by announcing a virtual fashion week that will showcase its Spring 2011 collection. These shows will start from January 10th and will go on till January 13th with timings from 11 AM CST to 8:00 PM CST. These shows will be shown in the designers’ boutique and the customers will be able to buy any of the designs that are shown on the show.
Neiman Marcus Fashion Director Ken Downing will tell about the highlights of the show while Roopal Patel, Senior Market Editor, Fashion Accessories, will do the same for accessories. Ken Downing said: “Runway videos capture all the exuberance and excitement of the catwalk. From her own virtual front row seat, our customer will be able to shop the hottest trends of the season, in the season.”
The collections contain some very big names like Badgley Mischka, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, Donna Karan, Fendi, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Chloe and many more.
