Lurssen Launches Fifth Yacht of the Year : 68 meter Hermitage

It has been a good year for Lurssen, the German super yacht manufacturer. They have recently launched their fifth yacht in 2010 successfully. Their latest launch is called Hermitage, which has a LOA of 68 meter. Hermitage has been designed by Espen Oeino and the beautiful and luxurious interiors have been conceptualized by Andrew Winch Designs. This luxury yacht is bound to become another feather in their cap.
Hermitage can sleep twelve guests in six cabins comfortably. Her interior is spacious especially with a 12.80-meter beam overall. The external appearance features a white on black paint scheme where the black masks most of the windows on the superstructure and covers the main mast as well. There is a large pool on the sundeck and a Jacuzzi overlooking the bow on the upper deck. Despite its large size, Hermitage sits just twelve feet in the water.

The steel yacht now joins the list of successfully launched yachts by Lurssen this year and will boost their confidence after a series of successful launches earlier in the year. The massive 124-meter “Katara” was also launched earlier this year. The other yachts launched include 87-meter “Phoenix2”, 60-meter “Solemates” and the 85-meter “Pacific”.You could visit their site for further information.
