Sir Roger Moore is best known for playing the iconic character of James Bond. And we all know the special connection between James Bond and his super amazing cars. But what you probably didn’t know is that Roger Moore’s tryst with cars started before his affiliation with the James Bond franchise. The suave actor was seen driving a Lamborghini Islero GTS in the cult thriller “The Man Who Haunted Himself”.
This was infact the last movie he did before donning the garb of James Bond. So what I should now tell you is that this car is up for grabs. Apart from the car you will get a Moore autographed sun visor, original driver’s handbook and a special plaque. Plus, it also contains several documents like the original factory invoice, a photographic record of the restoration and a letter from Valentino Balboni confirming its provenance.
This car will be auctioned off by RM Auctions in London, and the D-Day is October 27th. The asking price is somewhere between £95,000-£135,000. So if you happen to have that kinda cash on you, then you get this very amazing car. Plus you could always feel like a movie star while driving it.
