I am sure Tiger Woods curses the day when he decided to cheat on his lovely wife Elin Nordegren. I am sure anybody would, if it costs you $833 million and your two children. Yes, the much publicised divorce settlement between the golfer Tiger Woods and his wife it seems is almost ready. If reports are to be believed, the divorce will cost Woods, a whopping sum of somewhere between $750 million to $833 million.
With this high an amount, the settlement is touted to be the most expensive settlement in the sporting and golfing world. But money is not the only thing he is going to lose. He will also lose the custody of his two children, a 3 year old daughter and a one year old son. But part of the deal is that he by virtue of being their father will have a say in their lives. Elin will also not be allowed to talk about his alleged affair.
Though this settlement itself seems eye-poppingly high, but the competitors for the price for the priciest divorce settlement are the Steve Cohen-Patricia split, and the messy Mel Gibson- Robyn divorce. The rumoured split between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt almost came into the running.
