These Northshore condominiums will be auctioned on the aforesaid date at remarkably low prices which has garnered a lot of interest. Situated at the highly prized and picturesque location of Scottsdale’s Northshore, these houses would otherwise have also fetched pretty decent bids. But with extraordinarily low starting bids of $85,000 to $205,000 on one, two and three bedroom luxury condos, is bound to find many potential buyers just waiting to close the deal.
The company in charge of carrying out the responsibility of the auction is the Beverly Hills based real estate investment agency Kennedy Wilson. This highly awaited close-out auction due to its heavy saving offers hope to a wider number of people to acquire that coveted address at the trendy locality in Tempe.
The condos measuring up to 2,168 square feet would have previously cost the buyers much more at around $238,000 to $725,000. With so many things working in its favor from astounding location to astonishingly low prices, it would surely be a cakewalk for the auctioneers to move millions of dollars worth of houses in a single day.
