Robb Report, a luxury magazine, which covers up all the luxury lifestyle products, had wanted to release the honors since a very long time, almost seventeen years! For the first time it came up with a whole new category of awards, which focused the automobile industry.
The unexpected winner, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, clearly crushed eleven contenders and marked its position at the top. Both the cars along with other worthy contenders had to go through a rigorous testing at the California’s Napa Valley before the panel of judges could come to a conclusion.
This nascent report will surface in the March issue of the magazine and will provide an insight into the selection process. Though these two cars grabbed the top position, some of the runner-ups were Audi R8 V10, Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni and Aston Martin DBS Volante.
