Fincantieri Unveil 130m Concept at Abu Dhabi Yacht Show 2010

Fincantieri has unveiled a brand new 130m model, Magellano, at the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show 2010. And not surprisingly, the concept yacht is a fine example of super yachts. The project was under wraps till now. It is however the latest addition to Fincantieri’s mega yacht concepts. The 130m Magellano has been designed through a tie up with Camillo Costantini. It is one of the largest mega yacht concepts so far from the Italian firm.

The yacht firm is known for its work with esteemed designers and world-renowned consultants and suppliers, to create technologically advanced and sophisticated yachts that stop nothing short of great quality. Fincantieri mega yacht concepts include the 70m Project Prospect, 80m Project Goldmine, 85m Project Wave, 102m Project Marco Polo and the 115m Project Morpheus, most of which were on display today.

Fincantieri is also ready with a 134m yacht at their Muggiano shipyard. The yacht’s exterior styling will be done by Camillo Constantini, while its interios will be put into effect by Reymond Langton Design. Each of their mega yacht designs are technically detailed to hilt, yet designed to be adapted by owner’s specific desires.
