All the 11 mega yacht slips an accommodate vessels up to 300 feet in length. The prices vary from $1.5 million to $3million. The offer is valid on purchases made between October 1, 2009 and January 29, 2010. The luxury resort is situated in a harbor-side village that has a European-Mediterranean ambiance. It comprises of 182 richly-appointed one to four bedroom residences.

Already touted as the next hot spot for the luxury lovers in the Caribbean, the luxury resort provides amenities and facilities such as yacht provisioning and grocery stocking, VIP vessel concierge assistance, exciting marine activities, onsite car and tender rental and water shuttles for its clientele.
