The guy who bought the house from Frd has put it on the market on March 8th. Fred was unable to make a fat profit from this house as he bought it in the summer of 2001 through his Daily Boy Trust for $3.48 million and sold it a year later in 2002 for $3.7 million.

The listed house has a cook’s kitchen and predictably state of the art lighting and stereo systems. The other featyre of the house are an outdoor bar and a courtyard pool/spa. The pocket doors from most of the rooms lead to this courtyard.
