Most of us who are into photography would know that cameras that are amazingly specs-efficient are not very sturdy. Even if a drop of water falls on them, you might risk losing your camera. Moreover, when you are visiting hard terrain there is always the risk of dropping your camera especially if you are trekking up a red hill. In that case you do not just need a water-proof camera but also a shock resistant camera.

However, most of these rugged cameras are bulky and take up a lot of space. Casio has launched the Casio EX-G1 which is the thinnest rugged watch in the world and measures just .78 inches. It even comes with a 12.1 megapixel resolution and looks amazingly chic. Just because it is rugged, it doesn’t mean you have to compromise on sleekness, size or the look!

It comes with a cool 2.5 inch view screen and is available in black or red. It costs $300 and in my opinion, it is a damn good camera. I am certainly buying one when I have the money. This is the kind of camera you need to keep if you travel a lot, as it looks good, is pretty cheap, is rugged, shock resistant and is also waterproof.

The name might be a wee bit misleading but the Juke Tower aims to do something that most MP3 players have not achieved for long. It lets you listen to your favorite music even when you are in the shower. A waterproof MP3 player from Tokyo Flash, this one has already become a hot property.

Plus the innovative design gels well with the decor of your home or should we say your bathroom! Available in shades of black and white, the Juke Tower displays time in red LED so that you can also have an idea of how much time you spend under the shower. The USB input lets you plug-in the USB stick with all your fave music. With 3AA batteries the music box can run upto 12 hours.

Despite its name, Juke Tower is not very tall at 18.3 cm with a width of 7.8 cm. Coming with a price tag of just $143, make this one yours with its original design and not-so-common ability.

If that Marineavs offering of 70-inch weatherproof TV or Sanyos 52-inch screen was successful in convincing you to install one and you thought that it was a competent deal then you are wrong. As with growing demand of outdoor LCD Tvs, more and more company are engaged into its production and today we have Pantel debuting a trio of Mirror TVs at CEDIA 2008. Available in 20-, 32- and 42-inch models, the Mirror TV series is designed for those wanting to add an adaptable display in their restroom, bathe or experience it while undertaking sauna. The 20- and 32-inch versions offer 720p panel against the 42-incher that features 1080p resolution. You can bring one home by shelling out $1,200 but would propose you to gift a bigger edition costing $2,755 for 32-inch and $5,800 to your daddy.
