Richard Gere is a motivated businessman. Well, he already has a home in North Haven, New York which is why he has lowered the selling price of his Water Mill home. Wifey Carey Lowell supports him in his decision as the price of the seven-bedroom harmhouse is brought down from $8.8 million to $7.2 million.
