To be honest, The AutoClose does look like the intelligent toilet thought of and developed by the team at Skjern Technical College in Denmark. This time coming from the house of Pressalit, AutoClose is expected to bring an end to the age old debate between sexes when it comes to using the bathroom — should the seat be up or down?

Believe it or not but the AutoClose comes equipped with a sensor whose job is to keep the toilet cover open when a user is present. The sensor works on infrared technology and it functions regardless of the amount of light in the room. Once you leave the toilet, the toilet cover closes automatically. In other words, you don’t have to worry about putting the seat down; the toilet can achieve that on its own. Just in case, you want to keep the toilet open for a longer duration, simply open the cover and step out of the sensor’s reach.

For attending a nature’s call, we all make efforts to install the personality toilets starting from designer, geeky and gilded one. But what about those installed at public places and are in clear juxtaposition to one reached at eBay, demanding a whooping sum of $89,000 each. The sophisticated public toilet features graffiti, impact-resistant stalls, programmed doors, faucets, dryers, soap dispensers, and also an integrated emergency 9-1-1 button. It is the result of initiative taken by Seattle officials to set right their gaffe (that’s what they feel) of having spent $5 million of city’s cash on self-cleaning community toilets around 5 years ago.

Five of these cost-effective German-made structures are all set to undergo auction at eBay with a starting bid of $89,000 each, which undoubtedly is a constipated sum. Another nine days left to ink this neat deal.

Kohler Hi-Tech Fountain Toilet

Engulfed with blue lights and a play trick of open-and-close button, it is not only difficult but also impossible to accept that it is a toilet seat. Even if you make yourself understand the reality, you can’t afford to use it to attend nature’s call over it. You may give a second thought before actually relieving yourself by excreting bodily waste. Let me now demystify the mystery of Kohler hi-tech fountain toilet.

For eco-enthusiasts, the 1.28 gallon per flush system stands there saving water and dehydrating sewer crocodiles. Folks, you need to be a patient as these elite accessories would hit the market only in June. This is an opportunity to have a firsthand understanding with Ayn Rand’s work devoid of resorting to defecating in the fiction aisle at Barnes and Noble.

Toilet

I have often seen bathroom singers attending nature’s call by putting others in trouble via their painful singing. Now doing away with that exercise is the idea of bringing home an exotic and musical toilet seat that produces soothing music. Called the Regio from Inax, it is utterly silent with the only exception of music that too only when the seat lifts. The music is contributed by Jazz pianist Yoshiko Kishino. This tank less lavatory is a blend of water and air power assuring noiseless, water-saving flush.

It is driven by an apparatus that releases germ butchery ions and an enlightened toilet bowl with an extra wide seat assuring comfort. It is available at a price of ¥462,000 (dazzling white) or ¥556,500 (dignified black). It would be a perfect accessory for a toilet-shaped house.
