State-of-art is never anything that the modern man…err…woman too would wanna skip. Even if it’s just a mundane object like a USB flash drive that gets transformed in the process. Steampunk has made a name for itself in modifying stuff in a very new way, and hence, they are definitely worth a dekko at least. The newest makeover that these guys have given something is a USB drive that indeed looks very cool but we somehow cannot digest its price tag that reads $3,000. We assume it’s the sentimental value to the owner /creator more than anything else.
Reminding one of Captain Nemo’s gadgets, this one-of-a-kind art object has been made in hand from brass and copper. The flash drive within has a memory of 4GB. And this stunning object comes sitting its very special period case lined with plush velvet.

MB&F horological Machine is something that we have already spoken about earlier. The clock comes from ancient precision designers house and we all know what horology means. It is a really sophisticated timepiece that borders on the realms of emotions, vision and technology. the timepiece takes you back to another era where steampunk and Victorian culture were popular in their heyday.
I cannot actually decide if this is a work of art, technology or some kind of modern sculpture that comes with technology. This is a 3D machine and MB&F has broken all rules that horology earlier imposed. Hours and minutes come on separate dials and the raised tourbillion makes it look amazing.

Steampunk may have a technological fee to it, but there really is something grand and Victorian about the whole Steampunk thing that it makes such products very attractive and luxurious. Retrowerk has unveiled the Piston, which is a classic steampunk watch that is good for even military usage. It comes with intricate mechanical details and awesome precision making it one of the most attractive time pieces to buy.
It has a grenade like cap and I would die to have it for myself. They have also unveiled the Compass which is a similar steampunk watch and comes with thick glass and steel case. You would most certainly want to buy this as they not only look good, but they also look unique and out of this world and time.

Steampunk has always managed to stand out in the crowd. Maybe because the folks supporting it are ready to go to great lengths to prove thier love for the art. One of them goes by the name of Amy. Well, she has designed a spectacular Steampunk Monitor Stand.
The inspiration has been drawn from Jake von Slatt of Steampunk Workshop. Amy’s made her little wonder to gift it to her hubby on Christmas last year. All she did was to put an old clock case together with gold coffee beans and a leftover slap of green serpentine marble. The razzmatazz was provided by potentiometers, vaccuum tubes and old computer board parts.

Talk about technology going retro! If you thought gadgets and gizmos would only take you into the future well, think again. Who would have thought of Steampunk and Bluetooth together? Nicrosin has come up with a Victorian-style Bluetooth device which is powered solely by winding and should be mass produced. His creations are a compilation of sculpey and watch parts lined with leather for comfort. Wondering what you might hear- voice from the calling end or the winding chimes of the clockwork? Though it might look like it will drill your ear through, rest assured as the prop is fully adjustable and flexible and whats more, one actually gets the dissection of the piece! Though covering it up might just be a better option lest dust interferes!
This might not be just everybodys type of Bluetooth but if you are in any way fascinated by steampunk and would like to find yourself in a Steampunk alternate reality, you just might be able to use this baby to call your favorite Steampunk Droid!. So wind up your minds about it! Are you are still wondering about he caller hanging up while you are winding it up?

Having glared at Steampunk forms of mouse and keyboards, its time to welcome The Archbishop, elite Steampunk PC from Datamancer. Until date, I have enjoyed the pleasure of relaxing my fingers upon Datamancer’s steampunk keyboards and now I look forward to Archbishop, as a feast for my eyes. The case is expected to be exhibited at the impending Steampunk art show scheduled for 16-24 August at the Hamptons Antique Galleries at 2546 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton, NY. They disclose that it would welcome a fortunate buyer there but if fails to get one then would be possibly featured on ebay in September beginning.

Steampunk continues to maintain its deserving amount of respect, which became clearly visible via steampunk watch and customized keywords. But not every time, we can expect the glorious functionality from steampunk deliverables. There are times when they look better in snaps than real life. For instance, the appealing steampunk mouse is a recreation of some alternate Victorian history that comes packed with aesthetics but is low at functionality. Above all, uncomfortable to carry the mouse weighs 10 pounds, and is enclosed with so many ornaments that it would leave undying inscription on your hand if you essentially end up using it on daily basis.

Featured above is the DeWitt Concept No. 1 timepiece that makes you utter ‘It is monstrously steampunkish’ on its very first glimpse. This one-of-its-kind watch is an outcome of alliance between French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte and DeWitt.
This gothic bootleg spacecraft of a watch does set new values for steampunk artifacts and thanks to its escalating riveted case, soaring tourbillon, five barrels with a 21-days power reserve. The flying tourbillon is being deputed to counteract the force of enormity that’s marks the accuracy of the watch. You might question its hefty price tag of $633,000 but it smilingly deserves this tag as this luxurious possession doesn’t come cheap.
Any takers? Jimmy Tan of Prince Jewellery and Watch Company is the proud owner of the Dewitt Incognito 2008 Concept No.1 watch as he inked this neat deal at the OnlyWatch auction. Can you think of any other form to flaunt your steampunk taste? Besides this, the flavor of steampunk embedded in keyboards is much appreciable.
