Expect Romain Jerome to come up with the most exotic designs and concepts for the conventional accessory we call the watch. Well, that’s no exaggeration for we do know that the luxury brand has given us time pieces made from the wreckage of the Titanic. Boy, didn’t they just blow our minds away! And now, they are going a step further with the Titanic-DNA collection.
A high-end skeleton timepiece, this new watch is really referred to as the rusted steel T-oxy III Skeleton Chronograph Tourbillon. And it enjoys a bold and powerful design. For starters, the diameter is from 50mm to 53 mm. The screw-in crown equips the watch with interchangeable horns along with a push button, which is a pattern running through all the Titanic-DNA timepieces.

Diamonds will be history soon all thanks to a Swiss watcmaker who is claiming to have created watches under brand name Yvan Arpa using moon dust, parts of the Apollo 11 rocket and bits of spacesuits. Wow, what a cool way to stand apart from 599 Swiss watchmakers!
The use of ‘inaccessible materials’ really does make Geneva-based Romain Jerome’s watches a hot property vis-a-vis rivals like Richemont’s Vacheron Consantin and Patek Philippe, that too in the global economic slowdown.

The long wait for Baselworld 2008, the watch and jewelry industry’s largest annual trade fair came to an end with an exciting bang. Who would have ever wondered the existence of watch that doesn’t depict time but rather whispers the day time or night? Those who have spare $300,000 to burn should invest in here and take pride in owing this pricey possession. This watch invited the attention of watch aficionados within 48 hrs of its launch. The ‘Day & Night’ watch makes use of an intricate Tourbillon movement, discovered to conquer earth’s gravity that used to have an impact on the accuracy of watches. It has managed to earn the admiration from watch connoisseurs along with fashion fanatics. The show was a clear reflection of the pool of people blindly ready to invest in unique accessories making three cheers for Swiss watch maker Romain Jerome for its luxurious collection. But still I would suggest you to rely on the sunlight and moonshine and shun this idea of spending $$$$ on this watch.
