The Rolls-Royce Ghost has formally been launched post much speculation since the Paris Motor Show in 2006, when Rolls Royce had first made the announcement. Codenamed RR4, the first sketches were released in the spring of 2008. The design is inspired by contemporary furniture, architecture and yachts. Ghost is stylish and less traditional.
The forerunner to the Ghost, 200EX, was unveiled at the Geneva motor show in March 2009. “200EX is a modern execution of timeless Rolls-Royce elegance, breaking with some areas of tradition but retaining the core values that make our marque unique,” said Chief Executive Officer Tom Purves.

When most people used to luxury enjoy the comforts of Ghost, those located in the Persian Gulf have other options when it comes to ultra-luxe cars. From what we hear, Rolls-Royce has decided to make a new full-size Phantom exclusively for the car enthusiasts living in the Middle East.
Only six of these vehicles have been manufactured and were unveiled recently amidst a lot of pomp and show. And this car model is turning to be quite a deal. The mega rich clients of the famous car brand will also get the option of choosing from color options beyond the usual range that is offered to common mortals like us. The picture here is of a Phantom made in two-tone Arizona Sun over English White paint with Crème Light and a Saddle Tan leather interior. All this is complemented by handmade silk rugs and mother of pearl patterns.

Luxury carb brand Rolls-Royce is indeed keeping its new car Ghost as elusive as its name. And as its most awaited Frankfurt Motor Show debut nears, the car makers are teasing us car lovers with little by little information. The latest dope that we got from them informs that the Ghost will be a silent car with a very powerful newly-developed V12 engine. The former was expected because all Rolls-Royce are silent which is why the names Phanton and Ghost.
But the new car model gives more than just that. It can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a matter of 4.8 seconds. And to achieve that goal in a big luxury vehicle like the Ghost, one needs the help of 563 hp which is ably generated by the 6.6 V12’s twin turbocharging.

And this year on June 27, we even heard that some 200 woody cars took part in it. Some of the four-wheelrs came all the way from British Columbia.
And we must mention that each and every Woddy car is true blue collectible item. The beauty is classic and the engines are original, so you can put your best bet on these dream machines. By the way, if you did not know the name Woody comes from the partial wooden body of the car. This wood is covered in a clear varnish to make it blend with the rest of the car paint.

A Rolls Royce is one car that we can never expect to go wrong with. Errr…that might change a wee bit if you take a look at the version that the infamous Marcus von Anhalt has created for himself. The man who is believed to have bought the ‘prince’ title has got his car customized in a Murakami multicolored Louis Vuitton monogram.
You want to hear the verdict? Well, the car looks like a fashion disaster. Ouch, that must have surely hurt both the brands but we talk the truth. Wonder, what the designers were thinking. The effort could have been tasteful, to say the least. By the way, the Rolls we are referring to is a Phantom Drophead Coupe. Ouch! That must have surely hurt.

We hear that the drop-dead-gorgeous-and-luxurious Rolls Royce Phantom will now be setting new standards thanks to its recent affiliation with the premium UK design house Project Kahn. For some reason, the idea was to give more exclusivity to a car with unmatchable functionalities, and we thought the car was luxurious enough!
So as expected, the Project Kahn has primarily focused on the aesthetics. The car body has been done up with a sleek and classy Pearl White finish. Not only that, the Phantom also got new 22-inch ‘Silver Mist’ alloy wheels. In fact, the design company has offered to create an interior design to suit individual tastes alongside providing custom clear side indicators and a black piano trim.

If car aficionados and Batman fans get together, they would create the best car ever. With the greatest design and the best features any car could carry, it would probably also offer you the added advantage of stealth.
But sometimes, disappearing completely isn’t a very great thing. Like the Rolls-Royce Phantom sedan which has stayed hidden in the shadows cast by the other cool Brit cars, including the Silver Ghost which hasn’t even arrived yet. The Phantom has been around for over 5 years but like its name-sake has stayed out of the limelight and barely visible anywhere. Its creators, though, have other plans for the Phantom; Roll-Royce Phantom model for this year would be a bit more pepped up with a new bumper, three new sets of aluminium wheels, shallower stainless steel grilles and more luxury additions like LED lights on the door handles.
