Riva’s latest model is the 86’ Domino and the 26 meter yacht is the materialisation of luxury. The luxury yacht has a spacious deck for sunbathing and partying and includes a dining area designed for 6. The deck leads to the upper deckhouse which includes the living area with master cabin. Want a luxury yacht that is compact, yet spacious? It will cost you only Rs 2.46 million. Riva, Italian luxury yacht maker that is a counted favourite among the likes of Sophia Loren, Aristotle Onassis and Prince Ranier of Monaco, will showcase its latest model – Rivale Palm Beach this weekend, at the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show.

The 52-feet yacht that is made particularly to suit the American market, can be manned by the owner himself or herself. Despite its compact looking size, the yacht has space enough for two guest cabins other than the owner’s – the master cabin that is located at the vessel’s bow, and a bathroom. With two 1100-hp Man engines, the yacht can attain a speed of 40 knots and a range of 260 nautical miles at its sailing speed.

Against its earlier association with Karim Rashid for Globalight Cum Champagne Cooler, now Veuve Clicquot is in news for designing a cruise collection for luxury Italian boat designer RIVA. Jason Bruges Riva is the luxury speedboat company behind the iconic boats of the 60’s and the golden age of the Dolce Vita lifestyle. The design collaboration with Riva is for Veuve Clicquot’s top champagne (prestige cuvee) called La Grande Dame, and details two different accessories for Riva boats: a “made to order” piece and a limited edition one.

The “made to measure” cruise collection would cost $80,000 and includes 4 bottles of La Grande Dame 98, 2 magnums of La Grande Dame 88, 6 champagne flutes Riedel and 6 water tumblers, plates, table mats and cutlery. Another one is a limited edition cruiser bag with counted 300 pieces available and includes a bottle of La Grande Dame 98 and two champagne flutes. Expected to be available from July, it is priced at $425 and would be available at Veuve Clicquot.
All the pieces are made of mahogany, chrome and leather – and made by some of the world’s best craftsmen.
