Cote D’Azure is the world’s most luxurious strip of coast in Southern France and Monte Carlo. The blue waters, the sunny skies and the decadence make it the right place to build your mansion and relax for a lifetime. It also is one of the most expensive real estate areas in the world. Villa Leopolda was the world’s most expensive estate at a price of $750 million. Now, the price has been slashed and you could buy it for a mere $102 million.

A drop of nearly $650 million makes it one of the biggest cuts in real estate prices in the world. The villa comes with 11-bedroom, 14-bathroom, 29,000 square feet of interior space, manicured lawns, swimming pool, spiralling outdoor staircases, balconies and terraces, Working fireplaces, a sauna, outdoor kitchen and pool house among other features.

It is now the world’s 4th most expensive estate and it is still no way cheap if you asked me. If you have that kind of money, I would say buy yourself an Island off the Scottish coast and another near Tahiti. When you need sun and the sand, you could visit Tahiti and when you need gloom and snow, you could go to Scotland. You would still be left with many millions to buy an apartment in Monaco. Why waste on a single expensive mansion?

It is an expandable tent which is made of recycled materials and is very portable, just as a hobo would like it.

These days, it is quite common to see chic people turning in to hobos as it gives a lot of freedom and is the ultimate form of defying the society and culture. The WheeLY can be pushed during the day like a wheel and it can also hold a number of good up to 250 pounds.

In fact, the homeless would not even need to pay anything for this if advertisers want to advertise on the WheeLY and thus pay for the WheeLY as well. The WheeLY can also be used as a furniture or a couch depending on how much you ‘open’ it. It does not need any electricity or energy and thus is completely green and clean. I would say, this is sustainability at its best.

Designed with the idea of creating a beautiful house in times when the cost of living is too high to buy or build a house, the houseboat may nevertheless be quite unaffordable for most people.

The Silberfisch houseboat has a green roof for planting veggies and the interior decor takes a minimalistic yet splendidly beautiful style. Unfortunately, you can consider the possibility of living in one only if you lived near water and one that doesn’t get too rough.

Whilst last month, there was a news that Russian billionaire Roman Abarmovich inked a deal with the La Leopolda, priciest house ever by spilling over $500 million. But the rumor is lately proven to be false and here is a revision version. Another Russian billionaire became the fortunate buyer for the princely villa located on the French Mediterranean coast after shelling out �390 million. The Telegraph reports that a secrecy Russian billionaire who is not Abramovich gave over all his fortune for Villa Leopolda, a Belle �poque mansion in Villefrance on the C�te d’Azur.

The house is owned by Lily Safra, widow of Edmond Safra, a Lebanese banker who was killed by an arsonist’s fire in Monaco in 2003. Within few years, the news came that the house was bought by Bill Gates and became the worlds most prized estate. The estate is spread over two guest houses across 20 acres of grounds with countless olive, cypress and lemon trees taken care by 50 gardeners.

The reach of its inter-connectivity feature is not restricted to only family members but also to the amusement and information world at large. The Innoventions Dream Home is an invitation for guests from all age-group who are curious to keep their fingers on revolutionary in-home technologies. The illusory Elias family of this Dream Home is expected to greet all guests by June End.
