Nikkon recently launched their CoolPix series which included a model, the Neo Classic, which was hinted to tug at the hearts of those nostalgic about the days past. Nikkon fell flat on this venture but if you are looking for something truly ancient and aunthentic in appearance then Franke & Heidecke won’t disappoint you.
The Rolleiflex pack unleashed by Franke & Heidecke is a limited edition pack which was released to commemorate 80 long years of their various accomplishments in the field of camera manufacturing. Splendidly beautiful, almost stunningly ancient in appearance, the cameras in the Rolleiflex pack are tinted luxuriously with rich gold. The collector’s item pack includes three Rolleiflex cameras: a 4.0 FW with Schneider Super Angulon 4,0/50mm HFT, a 2.8 FX with Zeiss Planar 2,8/80mm HFT, and a 4.0 FT with Schneider Tele-Xenar 4,0/135mm HFT.

Nikon may be considered by many as the ultimate when it comes to amazing picture quality in photography but the design of the cameras themselves leave consumers desiring for more. With the launch of the CoolPix series, people are left hoping for a ‘cool camera’ in the future.
The Neo Classic model of the Nikon CoolPix series has been designed with the intent of giving digital photography technology a taste of its ancestors. Unfortunately, it falls flat in this regard because the cameras neither look stylish nor do they appear appear desiring in any way, even to the old-fashioned and nostalgic at heart. On the other hand, the Good Grip has an amazing design with a parallelogram body and stylish in silver and black leather. The CoolPix series have been designed by Nikolay Komarov and it is thus surprising that one designer can produce a beautiful design like the Good Grip when he shows lack of talent on another design.

If you like retro stuff, read on. This design is for all those swashbuckling retro geeks who can’t leave their cameras behind. Photojojo has unveiled a cool new camera strap, which is awesome and unbelievably retro chic. The cool thing about these straps are that they are made of real seatbelts.
These straps are very comfortable to use and they just cost $20. These are better than the sharp edged and almost dangerous straps that the camera companies provide you with. I would say, this is an awesome product, which you should not overlook.
