The famous brand has just annoounced the release of their newest phone line that will be launched in December this year.

A second generation range of luxury phones by its makers, these come plated in gold with a complementing finishing in black PVD. The effect is completed by the sparkling sapphire crystals and looks amazing. These additional models are here to satiate your desire for the unique and the flamboyant.

You can get them only by placing a special order. There are two models that come decorated with diamonds, one is Zelie with a red casing while the other is called Zenaide and has been done in white. The price tags read $7,900.00 and $13,400.00 respectively.

Imitation is the best form of flattery they say. But not always, is what we say. Take the Vertu Signature Boucheron phone for instance. This $310,000 worth limited edition piece has got itself a cheap rip-off. The out-of-reach phone has now been made available (and not in a good way) to all at a very low price of $700. After all, it isn’t the original piece that we all fell in love with instantly.

The duplicate Vertu Boucheron tries to impersonate the original in every possible way, of course minus the class and elegance characteristic to the handset. There are no real diamond or rubies but cheap stones that try to remain as close they can to the real play of colors.

The features include 262k true color, TFT display, and GPRS/WAP capability. The impersonator can also be used as an MP3 music player and an MP4 video player. A tacky phone out and out. We do not recommend this because we do not believe in encouraging piracy. It is original all the way for us!

Undeniably, this one’s a limited edition and it comes with a 2-inch QVGA display that turns into a mirror with just a press of a button. Like we said, women will swoon over this gadget.

A very show-off kindah phone, the clamshell includes a 3.2-megapixel camera, a music player with Track ID and play now, a video recorder, Bluetooth, a stereo FM radio complete with a full browser, YouTube, speakerphone, video calling, A-GPS, Google Maps, Google Search, email as well as support for  for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and Walk Mate step counter.

The D&G touch brings the phone loaded with exclusive content like pics and video from the women’s Autumn / Winter 1010 runway show of the brand. The price isn’t out yet. Color options include Deep Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue and Onyx Black.

The love lives of celebs mean a lot of dough for some people. Sometimes it’s plain simple publicity that famous people crave for and get, and on other occasions someone buys a sex tape at a huge price. But this time it is a love letter and a couple of tapes and video from popstar Madonna that have gone under the hammer expecting make more than $50K. James Albright, who once upon a time was Madonna’s biyfriend in the early 90s, is the one doing the selling bit.

The auction features 17 minutes of explicit answer phone messages where Madonna has called herself “Li’l Booty” and reffered to ALbright as “Dumbo”. Then there is an extended video from Dangerous Game that shows a party with drugs, sadomasochism and pronography. And then there are the faxed love notes, of course, with many a steamy line and saucy nicknames.

Some letters also carry poems and phrases written in French. Albright sold some love letters in 2007 while in 2002, he tried selling his old girlfriend’s underwear. All the sales are being conducted minus the copyright.

This time the mobile art has been drawn from three very unique inspirations that go by the names of Michelle Yeoh, Malaysia and flora. Quite a spread isn’t it!

Well, with Michelle Yeoh in the picture you can expect a classy product even blindfolded. Frank Nuovo has designed these elegant phones. You can see a design drawn from the leaves of the flora using a red thread against a metal shell that is crafted in hand. This is just one of the many such up for sale this season.

There is a whole range of colors from pink, fuchsia and Blue Ocean, and each one is gorgeous enough to take your breath away. By the way, there is also a limited edition Vivre Black phone with a layer of Rose Gold and a white jewel which might also interest you.

Phone manufacturing companies sometimes appear to have nothing better to do than bringing out blinged out versions of extremely bad designs. Taking after the tradition of Gresso’s weird designs, GoldVish brings out the GoldVish Revolution.

Swiss company GoldVish once hit it big with their phone, GoldVish Le Million, which was touted as the world’s most expensive phone. Unfortunately, they went expensively horrid this time round. The GoldVish Revolution ultra luxury phone made in pink and white gold and splattered with a healthy dose of diamonds. Throwing caution to the winds, GoldVish has attached a huge mechanical watch assembled by Frederic Jouvenot. Instead of the unique look GoldVish must have been aiming at with this bit of innovativeness, the addition of the beautiful though unnecessary mechanical watch takes up way too much space and give the phone a rather elongated and bland look.

The GoldVish Revolution was kept on display during the Baselworld 2009 fair. Only 9 pieces of the Revolution has been made and will be sold for $488,150 though the release date hasn’t been announced yet.

The conventional phones as well as those using them might smirk at you. But if you have a quirky sense of humor and like to collect the most unthinkable of items, then the Soda Cup phone is the just the thing for you.

As the name suggests, this soda cup look alike is actually a phone and we find that it is more stealthy and hence, quirkier than the average hamburger phone because haven’t we always wondered that a real hamburger would never look so plasticky. And the cord is the only thing that gives it away but it doesn’t steal anything from the cute trin-trin item. Though, yes, you might feel that it had been better if they made it into a cordless phone or a mobile phone.

Nevertheless, we can’t stop laughing at the possible victims of this prank phone when you use it in front of somebody. They sure will feel like they are on drugs of some sorts. Wow, what a wonderful phone? And at a price of $14, you just have no reasons to resist this smiley freckle faced fake cup (at least get it for your kid’s room) with a very weird generic Soda name.

If the interest in your company is dying, then just go ahead and release a product that fails on all levels on aesthetic. Just make sure that you make this available in limited edition and throw in a few precious elements and you can make it sell.

This seems to be the idea upon which Gresso’s Avantgarde Skeleton Collection is based on. The phone features Windows Mobile 6.0, Bluetooth 1.2 and a 240×320 display. The brickphone has a titanium alloy case with a transparent back panel which, along with the display, is made of crystal sapphire glass. The stainless steel made battery case has a leather cover and magnet release. Unfortunately, even with all the bling bling the phone is adorned with, it is lacking in style and beauty. Even the gold covered Gresso logo doesn’t make this phone appealing.

Only 15 of the handsets have been made making them extremely hard to get your hands on, notwithstanding the price tag of $5,000. Unfortunately for Gresso, it seems nobody cares to get their hands on it.

The picture says it better than a thousand words could. Created for the Parisian jewelery house Boucheron for their 150th anniversary, the Vertu looks like a million bucks! The single edition Vertu Boucheron 150 looks more like a dazzling piece of gold jewelery that you would audaciously hang around your neck. Viciously cut in angles like a precious stone, the solid gold Vertu Boucheron is a tribute to both the brands. Frank Nuovo, principal designer for Vertu, states that the styling of the phone is intended to go beyond all expectations in creating the most stunning design a phone has carried to date.

The designer attempted, and succeeded fabulously, in creating the sparkling visual image of precious stones by using metal instead. The Vertu Boucheron 150 comes housed in a Noce Pedullo walnut tree wooden case made by Reuge which plays the Vertu ringtone as you open it.

With a sapphire crystal keypad and featuring 3G connectivity, the Vertu took 1000 hours to cut, 700 hours to hand polish and 500 hours to hand build. The price of the phone is being rumoured at above $30,000.
