Gigabyte goes a step ahead with providing luxury computer components. The new Swarovski crystal embedded wireless laser mouse called GM-M7800S is quite something. Flaunting an 800/1600 DPI acuracy, this little beauty is partially covered in leather with an LED indicator for connecticity and change in DPI.

And Swarovski isn’t the only luxe treat that Gigabyte has in mind. As a matter of fact, the button and wheel surrounding the mouse is plated in 18 karat gold. Then there is the micro-sized RF dingle which pops out from where it’s housed in the mouse to be connected into a free USB slot.

Gigabyte is quiet about the price range but yeah, you can safely assume that it’s gonna be big unless the brand is thinking otherwise for some brand popularity in the financial hard times.

The device is similar to the Space Pilot and SpaceExplorer 3D mice and hence come with awesome features that you cannot expect in an ordinary mouse. The new version comes with a color LCD screen which has applets that are similar to the iPhone. It will also help you use applications like Outlook E-mail, Calendar Events and Tasks.

The idea is to let the user use the mouse without getting distracted and everything would be available in the mouse only. This scientifically advanced mouse features a number of specifications and options and I would say, I couldn’t have imagined all these features on a mouse. The idea is based on a jet fighter’s pilot’s control.
