Niels Bellaar from SocialMedia8 recently shared with us a couple of videos which reveal David Beckham unveiling the new ultra luxury Motorola Aura Phone. It was presented by the football star and has already created a buzz in the industry and luxury houses. The Aura comes with 62 carat sapphire crystals and since it has been handcrafted, it gives a more personal and humane touch.
The Aura is also inspired by luxury watches and is almost made to look similar to Swis watches that look chic and trendy. However, the phone does not compromise on quality and in my opinion is a must have for any high roller unless he or she does not really care much about the prospects of having a cool cell phone.

Just a day back, the techie blogosphere was abuzz with news of the diamond encrusted pink BlackBerry Bold and the iPhone from Amosu. We have another wonderful addition to the series of luxury customized cell phones from the same company. This time they have done the magic wand act with the humble Motorola Aura mobile phone.
Famous luxury designer Alexander Amosu is the man behind the new glam look of Motorola Aura which was showcased at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. And we heard that the experts as well as the critics were quite taken up by the phone’s design. In fact, the Motorola booth was the hottest point of the show all thanks to the new diamond-studded Motorola Aura.

There is something about breaching convention when you are producing a high-profile gadget. It is all the more difficult to do it when the world is watching and trying to swoop in and rip apart every small niggles. Yet the “Aura” from Motorola is quite an attractive piece for a mobile phone and despite how it might be bringing back memories of some past designs, it still scores big with its new look. The world’s first mobile phone with circular display, the Aura has a screen that features 16 million colors and 300 dpi clarity, plus is coated with 62-carat sapphire crystal to prevent scratching.
