The recession has hit almost every industry quite badly and the plight of the real estate industry is no different. Changes in the price of real estate have led to despair amongst land owners and buyers as well.
The City Center project in Las Vegas had been one of the most high priced developments in the country wih $8.4 billion being invested in the project. Changes in the price of real estate, however, account for a great deal of loss for those involved. Buyers reveal that with the fall in market value, they are now paying more than the building is worth and wish for the price to either be reduced or to be reimbursed for this loss.

Yes the post talks about bejeweled guitar designed and developed by German luthier Jens Ritter. He is known for creating high-class instruments and today’s gold and diamond festooned Ritter bass valued at $250,000 is gathering attention. The bass called the Flora Aurum would be available for sale in Las Vegas by Wynn And Co, a jewellery dealer. The face of the bass bears a floral pattern fingerboard developed using 24 carat gold, wherein every single inlay-leaf comes decked with a black diamond (set in platinum). Its bridge, tuner buttons and the knobs come layered with gold. Two of its knobs positioned at the apex flaunt two flawless brillant-cut diamonds (3,3ct).

The nut is finished using 10,000 year-old mammoth ivory. All these convincing features may force you to reserve an air ticket to Las Vegas.

The fashion facet of EliteChoice is pro-active in unveiling the latest designs and patterns available in accessories and foot wears. Undeniably the designer collection is not easily spotted and hence we here keep our eyes and ears open to get the insight of the ongoing parties, hence scanning the fashion divas from head to toe. If you can recall, four-months back, I featured here ÂŁ1,800 heel-less high heels by Briton Antonio Berardi (witnessed the eyelids of over 20k readers on a single day) and today we are here to feature another competitive sample of sandals.
Pictured above is a $2 million sandal from Stuart Weitzman that was sported at the Le Vian party in Las Vegas. The silver leather designer heels flaunt 185 carats of tanzanite and 28 carats of diamonds.
The frontage strip sports a slim belt of diamonds with fitted profound gemstones to arc around the ankle with a 16 carat pear-shaped tanzanite plunge bordered by diamonds that swings over the face of the foot. The stones on the sandals seem to be mounted unswervingly onto the leather and hardly seem to be detachable.

Lately held 2008 National Hardware Show in Las Vegas from 6-8 May was a buzz buster. Every single product exhibited there invited attention but the best of the breed was a Digital Grill by Fiesta. Called ‘Blue Ember 650 iQue,’ this innovative touch-screen digital controller grill features a digital temperature monitoring that enables optimal control management system counting preprogrammed meat settings to cook steak, chicken and more. For other extreme side, it lowers the grill temperature so that meat is not overcooked. Currently, the grill is available countrywide through chosen autonomous vendors and stores like Lowe’s, Sears and the Home Depot.
Check out the video:
If you aren’t in a mood to experience its digital nature and wish to buy an ordinary yet exceptional grill then free feel to keep your fingers upon Barbeque Island or grilling from Grillworks.
