The New York Design Week’s Future Perfect was one cool exhibition. It had many American designers showcasing some of their most unique innovations. The likes of Lindsey Adelman, Jason Miller, Carlos Salgado of Scrapile and Joel Voisard were some of the names who took an active part in this event. Indeed, they put their best foot forward.
But to be fair, it was Lindsey Adelman’s rather knotty Bubble series that took everyone’s fancy. It has an innovative pendant and table/floor lamp made from hand blown glass which is later dipped in 23 K gold and has hand-dyed ropes for the lamp’s suspension.
