Contrary to popular belief, the super-rich do have a conscience. Well, how else do you explain the endless charities and drives to save the earth? Folks like Edward Humes with a good heart and a splurging bank balance will definitely be interested in the new concept carports that are doing the roundd of the eco new world thesedays. A perfect substitute for the Bond-style pop-up garage, these are actually solar panel roofs.
A creation coming from Japan-based Sankyo Tateyama Aluminum is a great way to go green for the rich without having to compromise on their ultra-high standards of living. Referred to as M.Shade (aka M. frontage Solar Shade) this one has the ability to generate power to the capacity of 2.52kw vis-a-vis its photovoltaic cells. Other than that, it can accomodate two cars too.

There is no special occasion you need to both hang out with your buddies and drink some chilled beer. And we feel there is definitely no need for you to miss any action on your TV either when refilling your mug. It’s good to know that someone else has also been paying attention to the same thing. The company is called Garage Fabricators and it isn’t very well-known but it is quite creative to say the least.
Their newest product goes by the name Diamond Plate Kegerator Cabinet. This one can hook up a flat screen TV up to as wide as 44″ keeping all your entertainment needs in mind while pimping up a cooling solution too. This one is a kegerator that has a cart capacity of 6,000 lbs. All of it is powder coated steel plating and welded 6″ phenolic casters. Its measurements are 23.5″ deep x 47.5″ wide x 64″ tall. Plus it is all modular to suit your modern day tastes.

If the big bucks are in your wallet, buying a luxury car is really not much of a hassle. However, many folks find trouble housing their dream machines. Somehow, their hearts do not permit them to allow their high-end toy to be kept in the regular common folk-type garage with the rest of the common folk-type automobiles. And so, Holger Schubert developed the Design Driven, which is an award winning garage design.
Holger has kept a very minimalist environment in his garage which further heightens the dreamy aspect of the car parked in – it looks nothing short of a work of art. Spread across 1200 sq. ft., this one is not in the basement but it is situated on the upper floors of a 1953 ranch style home.

Some times, keeping low profile is not such a bad idea altogether. That is what Airstream did at the launch of the PanAmerica- they practically did nothing. Even the product was no where to be found on the company’s own site. Now that’s taking the idea a little too further, if you ask me. What makes the product really sturdy and durable is the aluminum monocoque shell, which accounts for twenty percent less fuel consumption. It has an inbuilt garage having hookers and locks along with a foldaway ramp to keep your bikes securely.
The length of PanAmerica is a spacious 34 feet . All the models are disability friendly and the manufacturers are more than willing to customize the vehicle to making it more disable friendly, if need be. It is worthy of $85,000 that it asks for.
