It’s too good to be believed. But Wataire Atmospheric Water Generator is touted as being able to produce as many as four to eight gallons of water daily in a process that involves merely collecting available moisture from the air.

If you live in a coastal city that has a lot of humidity, you could be luckier. The water apparently tastes good too. A typical Wataire machine has carbon filtration, a reverse osmosis, and UV lamp sterilization with a mineral filter. It also has an option to make hot or cold water. The machine however needs at least 35 per cent humidity to effectively produce water.
It can produce eight gallons of water in a region with 65 per cent humidity and 27 degrees Celsius temperature. Its power requirement is 500 W and the machine is electronically controlled.
Such a machine could eventually eliminate the need for all expensive dam projects in the world! But wait, it costs not less than $ 1,500. Wataire is a manufacturer of innovative water treatment systems.

Robotics is evolving at an enormous rate and just by looking at the way it is progressing, we may soon have robots that can think and analyse like human beings. Iowa State University has gone a step closer to this feat and has been working on the humanoid robot which would learn just like a child would.
It can perform procedural learning just like a child can and it comes with two large manipulators which double up as hands. The face is also capable of many expressions. The robot will be taught about its environment just like a child is taught. The robot is programmed to respond to certain kinds of sounds and the development is ongoing and hence we can expect a robot that would learn just like a child would.

Grills and barbecues are not all about having some coal and fire but you would also need the right kind of grill and BBQ gear. Most guys tackle it for granted that a steak can be successfully cooked on anything that is hot but what you get in the end is something that is charred, sour or something that just doesn’t taste good.
Alessi has just launched the Barbicu which is a versatile grill and you can carry it around as it is portable. You can also accessorize it with trollies or cutting boards and you would have the perfect backyard. You could choose to light it with either charcoal or gas and is one of the best grills I have ever seen. If only people knew how to hold a proper BBQ party, such awesome machines would come to use.

HTC has launched a stylish phone that runs on the Google Android OS. HTC is perhaps the first company to manufacture phones that run on Google Android apart from Google themselves. It is similar to G1 model and is thinner and sleeker.
Though it does not have an analogue keyboard comes with an excellent touch screen. It also comes with a large screen measuring 3.2 inches which would make browsing the net very easy. The HTC Cellphone is titled Hero and comes with a 5MP camera and of course all the other features one usually sees in cell phones these days.

Video game consoles just keep getting smaller and this time around, designer Wilson Song has designed an intelligent wristwatch gaming device called the Samsung WM. WM Game comes with the ability to be worn on the wrists like a slap bracelet right from the 1980s.
Also, the device looks pretty chic and you can play games whenever you want by just removing it from your wrist. It comes with flexible display and the bending feature can be used for the new input method. You could play the video games using your hand and feet. All you would need to control is to twist it as and when you want and you also get the controller right there.

Niels Bellaar from SocialMedia8 recently shared with us a couple of videos which reveal David Beckham unveiling the new ultra luxury Motorola Aura Phone. It was presented by the football star and has already created a buzz in the industry and luxury houses. The Aura comes with 62 carat sapphire crystals and since it has been handcrafted, it gives a more personal and humane touch.
The Aura is also inspired by luxury watches and is almost made to look similar to Swis watches that look chic and trendy. However, the phone does not compromise on quality and in my opinion is a must have for any high roller unless he or she does not really care much about the prospects of having a cool cell phone.

Boenicke Audio has unveiled the W20SE speakers which supposedly provide an awesome neutral and natural sound. However, I would first like to know what neutral sound actually means. Does that mean it is as close to recording as possible without any distortions? If so, then great! These speakers are intended to be more like musical instruments and are made from Swiss Stone Pine or Spruce Fir Moon.
These two types of wood provide a more natural sonic experience. They are also quite similar to woofers and tweeters. The woofers measure 7.9 inch and they can reach down to 20Hz which is the lowest a human can perceive. The impedance is 3 ohms and the sensitivity is 95dB.
