Animal experts reveal that if dogs and cats eat from feeders raised off the floor, it does wonders to their digestion and the pets enjoy their food even more. A company called These Creatures based in Seattle has come up with a range sturdy pet feeders that are far more confortable for your pet and better looking than the old bowls lying on the floor.
All you have to do is simply position the feeders by hanging them on the wall vis-a-vis the height of your pet. Each bowl has been made in stainless steel and the feeders are 12 gauge, power-coated steel. And not just that, the feeders come in specific images for dogs and cats. They have 45 for dogs and 3 for cats. Plus you have ample of color choice too – limesicle, coral, pearl, parakeet and charcoal.

Not just that, she has even twittered pics of her Mini Doggie Mansion, which is actually a scale down model of her own Beverly Hills mansion. We hear that the ultra-luxe dog house comes with all the strappings of a rich person’s home. So the pooches can enjoy complete air conditioning, chandeliers, an ornate staircase, doggie wardrobe with several pieces of furniture which are actually miniatures of Paris’s own. Though we do know some of you might not be impressed because of the Gloucestershire doghouse worth $382,213 we told you about some time back.

The famous quote that ‘d-o-g’ can be read as ‘g-o-d’ by just a change in perspective, might have just come true thanks to designer Marco Morosini. Well, some time ago we told you about the perfumes for pooches and now, we have got a whole range of gorgeous doghouses. Called ‘Dog is God’ and sold under the brand name Italo Bosa, this collection pay a unique tribute to man’s best friend.
Morosini states that dogs have been given a good treatment since times immemorial. First it was the Assyrians and then the Egyptians who embalmed them after death. Even the Chinese, the Incas and the Mayas took special care of them.

Looks like the dog is finally having his day. Man’s best friend has only given love, loyalty and companionship to his master for the ages gone by without expecting anything in return. Don’t worry, the furry beast has not turned expectant all of a sudden but the people have changed in their treatment of them. Yep, now people like to spend on them and luxuriously so, if we may add that.
In fact, there has been a change in the pooch carrier of yore. Now folks want the least conspicuous ways of carrying their pet around with them, without drawing unnecessary attention to either of them. And the makers of the Ceramic Travel Doghouse thought of cashing on to that new reality.

There is nothing great about Chihuahua till the time you are pampering them from a distance. But owning them can make news as not everyone can afford to do it. Researchers did a survey after involving around 3,000 people and propose that maintaining one of the minuscule dogs can set you back with a hefty sum of £90,000 over its lifetime. Celebrities like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Sharon Osbourne are known for having a fad for Mexican breed.
It was witnessed that Chihuahua owners are twofold as likely as wardens of other breeds to shell out dough on fresh meat, vegetables and gravy for their dog’s meal. Also, their growing bank balances nourishes their desire to buy costly jeweled collars for their pets, stylish jeweled doggie-apparels, pet pavilion, soft beddings, and pricey accessories and dog-house. Chihuahua, known to have a life-span of 13 years is calculated to cost its owner around £6,081 a year including veterinary costs, meals, grooming, kennels and insurance.
Also, maintenance of more than one dog is being seen as a situation of financial crisis by almost 20% of the owners.
Chihuahuas are followed by greyhound that demands an expenditure of £82,797 from its proud owners. And third one falling in the list is mastiff costing around £81,619. Also, it was detected during a survey that around 39% of owners were ignorant about the cost involved in keeping a pet.
