The latest range of Krone’s fountain pens includes the Custer pen embedded with unique historical features. This cap of this pen devoted to General George Armstrong Custer is made up of genuine horn topped with sterling silver that includes two Custer-related historical artifacts, a fragment of General George Armstrong Custer’s personal powder horn and a fragment of a bead from one of Sitting Bull’s camps.
The hand-painted scene of Custer’s Last Stand on the body of the fountain pen is quite interesting. The pen is available in the worldwide Limited Edition of 388 fountain pens and 38 rollerballs with solid .925 sterling accents.
