How Does A Disco Ball For A Miniaudiere Sound To You?
Posted in Crystals, Designer, Fashion, Handbags, Luxury on 24 October 2009

disco ball miniaudiere

It isn’t the first time designer Judith Leiber’s work has caught our fancy. Well, she is the same creative genius credited for the Peacock Miniaudiere and the Versailles Box Clutch (among so many others). This time it is her ‘dicotheque0lous’ streak that we loved so much in the new Disco Ball Miniaudiere. Shaped like a disco ball, this one has been made in Italy with dimensions meeting the scale 1/2″H x 3 1/2″W x 3 1/2″D.

The tiny case has been covered with crystal rhinestones all over to recreate the disco ball effect. And just as all eyes are on the disco ball in a disc despite the large crowd, loud music and the craziness, this handbag too promises to make you the belle of the ball wherever you go. The tassle to go with it is very sexy indeed.

Web-Splendida-Reception-Area MS Splendida Is Still Gaining Eyeballs As The Most Stunning Ship Ever!

Luxury cruises are gaining a rather consistent popularity in the European seas. And when that just started, the MSC Splendid made a rather bold, loud and extravagant foray into the world of sea travel. The most grand-daddiest moment of all was the presence of actress Sophia Loren at its sail from Barcelona in July 2009 that spoke quite a lot about it being a special boat.

Now quite some time has passed since the sail of this opulent, luxury liner, but the truth is that the world still hasn’t heard much about its little feats. Its maker claims that the MS Splendida is perhaps the most gorgeous cruise ship in the world. The passegners experience the special European-Italian feel in the plush interiors. There are five swimming pools, 12 whirlpool baths, 18 bars and several lounges with a discotheque with some crazy music.

Car enthusiasts loaded with tonnes of creativity and a hefty bank balance are forever interested in pimping up cars their way! Now this is a luxury not many can afford. And Stefan Raab does not fall in that category. In fact the ProSieben host worked up a little automobile wonder for the ‘The TV Total Stock Car Crash Challenge 2009′. What he did was to bling up his race car’s hood with a ‘TV Total’ logo using several thousan Swarovski stones.

Stefan is estimating the cost of his car hood experiment at around $84,000. And he justifies it by saying that this is the new style “bling-bling”. The car with the fancy bonnet is expected to race with some 30 other cars across three race classes. Stefan even jokes, “After three minutes it (the car) is, unfortunately crap.”

Established in France in 1764, the brand has always striven to deliver ingenious handcrafted work of the highest quality to the world.

We are informed that even today the crystal used in many of the Baccarat design is hand crafted in the village of Baccarat that is situated in Loraine, eastern France. Piaget_Limelight_Exceptional_Pieces1 Piagets Limelight Watch Collection Will Hold Centerstage For You

Each piece showcases the brand’s dual mastery of both baute horlogerie and haute joallerie. Created in Piaget’s Geneva jewelry atelier, this fashionable collection has been made in 18 carat white gold.

We especially liked the Haute Joaileries Limelight watch (with reference no.G0A29084) for its dress in 537 duamonds that total to 40 carats. The Piaget 690P quartz movement powers this one.
