Video games might be a luxury for avid gamers but as far as the luxury market is concerned, they are nothing special. Perhaps, someone (a die-hard gamer, maybe) wanted to prove this belief wrong and so decided to cover the Play Station gaming console with gold all over. Yes, referred to as the PS3 slim, this one has been dipped in 24 carat gold. And that is not all for there are controllers that have had their fair share of 24K gold too.
We think this one would possibly be counted among the most expensive video game consoles in the world ever. The credit for it goes to Computer Choppers who have decided to go with a limited edition of only five of these. And because of this very smart marketing strategy, the PS3 Slim has become ever so popular.

The traditional workbench has impressed upon a new bar console thatcomes complete with a trestle base and a crank-shaped cast-iron towel bar. Name by its makers, the Markham Console Bar, this furniture unit is living proof of the fact that howsoever, ‘modern’ we might like to call ourselves, we still enjoy going back to our rustic roots. The overall look and feel of this console bar is raw and natural thanks to its base made in pine veneer only to be coated with a wheat stain finish. The detailing in saw marks, grooves and peg holes is extremely impressive.
Even the functionality is amazing. The recessed trough in the rear keeps your liquor bottles safe and sound while the gallery shelf houses the glasses. Then there is the hidden drawer for all your bar tools. A cast iron bottle opener is mounted on the side along side a towel bar.
