Unlike the popular belief, recycling can be a whole bagful of fun. In fact, lately we have come across several examples of recycling that burst the bubble of the aforementioned myth. Take the case of classic Vespa scooters for example. We have witnessed how the scraps of old autombiles have been used to contribute majorly to a green lifestyle. In fact, recycled bike furniture as well as the reuse of aircraft parts to make real stylish chairs and tables have all been greatly appreciated.
Well, this furniture range just got wider with the vintage Vespa scooters adding their own special charm. The Spanish design studio, Bel & Bel has taken up the task of converting the discarded Vespa scooters and into real cool office furniture.

It has been over 25 years that the Swedish actress who set the screen on fire during her prime, breathed her last. But she continues to be admired through the age of super-technology in films.
Ethereal beauty and inner strength marked her life as she fought through prejudices and emerged triumphant. Can one ever miss the memory of a Casablanca or Anastasia without her angelic face? We may be living in the age of emails and MS Word, sms texting and iPods. But the actress is a symbol of that lovely bygone era. Probably reminding one of the ethereal beauty of past, was what the brand intended to do, with the launch of superbly classic writing instruments in her name.
Mont Blanc has brought out a limited edition of writing instruments that pays homage to Ingrid Bergman.
The writing instruments major has launched three models after the most awarded actress by marking her six year stay at Italy. Among the models of luxury pens, Ingrid Bergman Woman ranges between $ 740 and $ 1,000. Another model named Ingrid Bergman Actress prices at $ 24,000. And Ingrid Bergman Diva is available for $120,200.

We think one can never go wrong with luxury that is based on the simple things in life. Brand Kaldewei agrees with us on that thanks to their new bathroom suite. A concept embellished with the back to the basics charm, this one is definite option if you a few extra bucks to spare.
As typical to Kaldewei, classic looks dominate the design and shape of the decor. A black oval tub called the Ellipso Duo Oval holds the bathroom suite strong with its iconic standing. It even has a thin protruding lip around the perimeter. And that’s just not all. This tub is only one of the eight models offered by Kaldewei.

One thing common to most Hollywood classics is that sexy diva-like heroine who occasionally likes to smoke that long and fashionable cigarette. Maybe it was then, or perhaps even earlier, that fashion and smoking began to be associated with each other. Without getting into the moralities, let us introduce a rather innovative fashion accessory that caught our eye.
This luxury cigarette holder is called Fipa (and we don’t know why) and is as trendy as anything in your wardrobe today. Plus it comes with flavored tobacco in individual units. Insiders reveal that the idea to make Fipa was born when its creator Kuan was smoking his pipe one fine day and suddenly though of making a design solution for a woman’s smoking device.

One city that has always bowled over by its past architecture is England. So, be it the rustic wall clocks belonging to the train stations of yore or the classic red metal phone box. Well, we all have been enjoying the former in our living rooms and now we can enjoy the latter too.
Interior designer Finn Stone has re-created the booth in fiberglass that works like a lamp. Standing eight feet tall, the full-sized structure will light up your room. And don’t expect it to let you make calls. The purpose here is strictly visual.

If you are blessed with fortune and have serious passion for Star Wars then here is a treat for you. Also, your hidden obsession for antique models can now find its way here. News is eBay would be scheduling an auction of one of four original T.I.E. Fighter models used while filming of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. If you are missing on the origin of the Fighter then it is the one that was attentively crashed with Darth Vader and permitted Luke to blow up the Death Star, assembled from resin and cannibalized parts picked from numerous model kits. They say auction won’t authoritatively commence until 1 August but if wish to be the first one to bid for it and partcipate actively in it then go ahead and mark a starting bid of $170,000. Yes, you heard it right…. $170 K…. pinch yourself.
I believe knowing Star Wars characters and developing warmth for them falls short as a reason to convince Star War fans for shelling out an anticipated bid amount of $150K-$200K. Measuring 18 x 14 inches and standing on a display base of 24-inches, the T.I.E Fighter Filming Model at eBay is an inviting opportunity for those counted crazy creatures. The proud winning bidder would be complemented with original camera news verifying the model’s usage. A small suggestion for the providential bidder: “It is worth installing in your dining room table and enjoy the enchanting clamors while chewing your food. .
