The global economic slowdown has brought down the sale price of a large number of Australian islands of the Great Barrier Reef. If our sources are to be believed, real estate agency Coldwell Banker’s Capricorn Coast branch is now selling off nice islands with a price range between $1.3 million and $90 million. This is almost half the price they cost one year ago.
