How does a bottle of real expensive champagne packed in with a shoe sound to you? We dunno about the men but we are quite sure that the womenfolk will welcome this rather unique marketing idea. Champagne makers Piper Heisieck have teamed up with famous and much celebrated shoe maker Christian Loubotin to create a new and unique offering to their loyals and build a new following too.
The box set is called Le Rituel. It packs in a bottle of a high quality champagne along with a very elegant glass shoe that comes from Louboutin’s workshop. We are told that this little feat is inspired by an 1880 ritual when a sleek glass shoe made for a curious piece of your interior deco. So you too can show off your designer shoe on your mantlepiece though we think it will look best on your bar.

Leon Verres is a name second for luxury. And looks like this brand does not like to be limited to the most expensive champagne category alone. In fact, we have discovered that it has a pretty good taste in expensive shoes too. Yes, you heard it right. Leon Verres has ventured (though the first time was in 2004) into the world of fashionable footwear with a luxury shoe range that is being marketed under the same brand name. And we also hear that the inner sole of the shoes in this collection has been made in real gold and platinum.
But obviously the price bracket is a real high. How does $145,000 sound to you? Well, the champagner-maker-cum-shoe-maker claims that the finest of materials like gold leather, precious diamonds, sapphires as well as black silk have been purchased to conjure this extrvagant treat for your toes.

If you are a restaurateur, you would be interested to know more about N2Wine System which is a cool way to store and dispense wine so that it tastes good always. Apparently it is not always that every aged wine tastes good. The moment a wine reaches the age of six months, that’s where it tastes the best. This is what is being told by the makers of N2Wine.
Though I can’t really comment about it as I have always learned that wine always gets better with age, N2Wine maybe the best bet if you are looking for a great way to dispense wine sans bottles right from cellar. However, your guests may not like the idea of drinking from glasses that already had been filled with wine and miss out the romance that opening a bottle of wine brings.
