I know, it sounds like a Photoshop gimmick that just made its way onto the net, but when we double checked this claim it turns out that it actually is true! So, there are many car fanatics across the globe (millions) and many others who specifically love the Porsche, but surely none can compete with the sheer craziness of Gil Dezer. This dud was wacky enough (and we mean that in a real good way) to actually take the help of a crane, go through plenty of trouble and let go of a driving option to put a 1950 Porsche Spyder 550 on the top of his 8,000-square-foot condo! And when you look at it, it does look like the work of Spiderman; just that there are no strings attached!
It took an entire team of technicians, a crane and plenty of modifications to get the Spyder 550 up there and now Gil can control its headlights and horn from a touchscreen placed besides the door. Cool and crazy at the same time Gil could obviously afford to hang a car for as an indoor decorative as he own another 7 Porsches too (We told you he was a fanatic!)

Rappers no long stay lost in their own music world. They are on the front page on fashion magazines, have their own accessories line and, not to mention, make a lot of crime news. Damon Dash has been no different, especially with his own jewellery band Tiret New York.
Now Damon has delved into another lucrative business, automotive design. With the creation of the Tiret Sport Coupe, Damon has taken over yet another fashionable piece of business under his wings. Designed after the Range Rover Sport, the Tiret Sport Coupe was launched at the watch expo Baselword. The SUV has Nappa leather upholstered seats, wood trim, and exterior mods include wider flared arches, LED lighting (just like the Fiat Barbie 500?) and 22” alloy wheels. Screaming luxury even further is the full glass sunroof. If you think that is enough then you are so mistaken. The Tiret Sport Coupe also has real diamond accents on its watch dial displays from the Tiret diamond timepieces along with a central clock.

Would you like it if your car and garage just popped out of the ground when you wanted to use them? Minus clutter. Lots of space. Sounds dreamy?.
Pop-up garages Thunderbirds aircraft hangar style (in Tracy Island), are the latest fad for home owners. Hydraulic lift based parking spaces have existed before, but this one is innovative.
This £50,000 Cardok parking option that is futuristic as well as effective is a Cardok that lifts out from the ground when operated electronically. The hydraulic platform can be hidden under a water feature in your home compound, a patch of gravel or a second car too.

Here is a way in which you can combine the functions of a plane and a car. The Runflier Stalker is a cool new vehicle that appears to be like a four wheeled car but it can actually fly. It can reach speeds of up to 200 kilometres in the air. The Runflier was designed by Russian designer Alexander Begak who is not only talented but also has a quirky sense of humour.
The Runflier can be used to take aerial photographs, map, monitor, conduct night surveys and many more. However, there is no mention about the price or availability of this awesome vehicle.

Having a number plate that is specifically designed the way you want them in terms of what goes on the board is a bug deal and many people go out of their way to get one that they want. To have the initials that you want and to be the first one in that series is indeed a big deal and that is what was proved by the auctions of some very special number plates by the UK car registration agency. The 1 RH plate went for a whooping $247,652 and the other number plates also went for a lot and reaped in some rich bounty of the municipal authorities.

Zhongshan saw the diamond-studded Subaru being unveiled and this was probably as glittering show as you will ever get to watch. Despite car lovers and even car makers across the planet agreeing unanimously that cars like this were not really practical, it seems that the gold coated and diamond-studded vehicle trend is here to stay for a bit longer. Beyond anything else, this of course is Subaru trying to draw the attention of the consumer towards the car rather than the special diamond studded version.

The MINI Cooper S is surely the car of the young and the restless with its superb design and a performance that matches the style. The 1.6 liter powered car accelerates from 0 to 100 in just 7.1 seconds and has a top speed of very impressive 225 km/h. Yet, it was not a package that was satisfying to designer and artist Marco Mehne and so he set about altering the Mini Cooper S to suit his style. So he created the MINI Cooper S in space-frame style with 20 hand paint jobs, three finishes and 40,000 Swarovski crystals to adorn its surface.
The new MINI thus created is a show in grand spectacle and a work of art that is subtle and stylish. The car had plenty of input put into it by Marco and his creative team and painting on such a space-frame styled body was far more difficult than imagined. Yet Marco put in time, effort and plenty of creativity to convert this into a moving work of art. The 40,000 Swarovski crystals that it sports further add to the bling of this special car.
The car is all set to make its grand debut and steal the spotlight at a VIP event on the opening of the fair Heim + Handwerk, 28 November 2008 in Munich. There is no doubt that when Marcos work steps out in front of all, it will be the star of the show. This might one day go away in an auction for plenty, but the art work put on it is simply priceless!
